HASSELMANN GmbH was founded on 14 May 1998 after the takeover of the company Heinz Hasselmann from Kirchweyhe near Bremen in Berka/Werra, Thuringia.
Although a fundamental change in ownership took place with this new company, we kept the company name "Hasselmann".
The new company developed positively from the very beginning and the core areas of railway construction, municipal construction and civil engineering quickly emerged.
